A historically and culturally sensitive trail bridged the gap between two communities while providing opportunities for passive and active connection to the surrounding grassland landscape.

NAVAGRAH provided its expertise from concept development to completion for the unique and historical trail system that connects two small towns. Meadowlark Trail runs along the former branch of the Canadian Pacific Railway and since completion has bridged a gap in The TransCanada Trail (Formerly Great Trail)

that connects much of Canada together via one long trail. The trail featured interpretive signage and seating at strategic viewpoints along the 7 km trail where visitors can connect with the beautiful surrounding grassland with minimal disturbance to the existing landscape.
