A vibrant, pedestrian centered active edge to this world class facility for our veterans.

NAVAGRAH provided landscape architecture and urban design services for the redevelopment of the Royal Canadian Legion no. 264 site in Calgary. NAVAGRAH prepared an innovative, pedestrian centered site plan aimed at creating vibrant urban environment along the main urban spine of Kensington Road NW.

The design features sculptural approach to landscape design along the ground level to activate the urban realm, as well as create a well-defined private space for the Legion. The landscape design feature creative use of board form concrete landscape walls, planting and custom benches to animate the space.
